Who we are

High5 Casino is our social casino and sweepstakes platform. It is owned and run by High 5 Entertainment, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, which also processes our payments and sponsors our sweepstakes. Opening an account means you accept these terms together with our Official Sweepstakes Rules and the rules of any promotion you join.

Who can play

You must be 21 or older to use our platform. Play with Sweeps Coins is open only to people in eligible US states, so players outside the United States, the United Kingdom included, and in our restricted states cannot use it. A VPN, proxy or any other tool that hides your real location is not allowed, and you play for yourself only, never for someone else.

Your account

One person may hold one account. Your details need to be true, complete and kept current, and the name you register with has to match the ID you later send for verification. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. If you lose access, contact our support team rather than opening a new account.

Coins and purchases

Game Coins are for fun play and can never be exchanged for prizes. Sweeps Coins are free promotional entries and cannot be bought. Some Game Coin packs include free Sweeps Coins as a bonus. All purchases are in US dollars, are made with a payment method that belongs to you, and are final.

Promotions and prizes

Each promotion has its own rules, shown with the offer. Sweeps Coins must be played through before they count towards a prize, and you need a verified account before any redemption. If we see promotion abuse, shared accounts or bots, we can cancel bonuses or prizes and suspend the account.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, write to our support team first so we can try to settle it informally. Claims that cannot be settled that way go to individual binding arbitration under the arbitration section of our full Terms of Use, which also explains how to opt out.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when our service or legal duties change. The latest version always applies, and playing after an update means you accept it.
